Ability to organise symbols directly on the markets screen

I'd like to be able to organise symbols on the Markets screen directly, rather than having to go to Manage Favourites.  I'd like for users to be able to drag-and-drop symbols on the Markets screen directly.

This should hopefully make the user experience more dynamic and intuitive.
