[Feature Request]: Remove massive margins on the top and bottom of the post editor #2491

Feature Description
The "powered by tiny" portion of the page should not be using as much vertical space as it does, that could be fixed to the corner of the screen with no usage at the bottom. The TinyMCE editor controls could be fixed at the top left, made smaller, and slightly transparent. the post title does not need to always be displayed at the top.
