when im trying to run script i get an error message saying that i dont have winsdk

You do not have the winsdk package installed.

use your favorite environment manager

poetry add winsdk
pipenv install winsdk
pip install winsdk

i have done that i think it now works but i have another problem,

i keep getting this error: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:'config.json'

P.S. I entered the code into an empty text file.txt, renamed it to .pyw and launched it... Everything works. But while searching for solutions to display notifications on Python, I found an error, as in your first message, and found the solution that I suggested to you. I did everything on Windows 11
