The same as the appointment webhook but for forms or surveys. So that on submission it wil send the data via webhook.
🚀 Justification
Your internal webhook abiltiy is very poor. You can't map questions without making them custom fields. And right now the only way to get data is either to have someone do a lot of manual work, or set up crons which are not as efficient as a simple webhook like typeform and most form providers support.
