Construct a database for NSI building inventory data for whole U.S #111
Description
Construct a PostgreSQL database using PostGIS for NSI building inventory data for the whole U.S. The database should include all the U.S. data available on the NSI site. The data have to be converted to IN-CORE building inventory data for Earthquakes and Tsunamis. Then, the data should be ingested into the PostgreSQL database via PostGIS. Finally, the endpoint to provide this data should be constructed.
