Add definitions of different soil moistures to glossary

We are using different representations of soil moisture which can sometimes be confusiong. It would be usefull to add the following to the glossary:

soil moisture
soil moisture capacity
soil moisture residual
soil moisture at field capacity
effective soil moisture
]relative soil moisture
