If needed, this allows overriding
core.autocrlfbased on file extension (e.g. for any windows bat files if that's needed).It's recommended that after this and #191 is merged, someone does this: https://docs.github.com/en/github/using-git/configuring-git-to-handle-line-endings#refreshing-a-repository-after-changing-line-endings
