mkMinecraftServer not detecting changed source

i have an mc server being built with mkMinecraftServer and for some reason it wont detect the source has changed until i change the hash arguement to something different to the previous.

Any ideas why it didnt attempt to check the source at first?

mcman requires the network during the build, so we use the nix feature fixed output derivations, so it will use the network and then make sure the final result matches the hash, then caches it.

Because of this, it will not change the build until the hash is modified, so this is not a bug with flux per se.

Oh that makes sense, was it there in the readme?
it would be quite useful for it to be there as i would have expected it to atleast complain about the input mcman source files being different or something along those lines.
Is there some way to have that still?
