[BUG] Authority Link field formatter's setting form doesn't allow you to set `url_only` or `url_plain`.

What steps does it take to reproduce the issue?

• Set up two fields, one a Drupal Link field, and the other an Authority Link field.
• Go to "Manage Display" and open the Link and Authority Link widgets' respective settings forms.
• The Link field has a "URL only" checkbox, and if checked, a "Show URL as plain text" box. The Authority Link field is missing those.
• I expected these field settings to be visible because the field formatter logic takes them into account when deciding what to show.
