Auto-tag ROMs based on filename keywords

Automatically tag ROMs during import based on keywords in the filename. Things like "homebrew", "prototype", "hack", "demo" could get their own tags without manual work.

Would be nice to have configurable keywords in settings so users can enable/disable which auto-tags they want.
