After import (when duplicates are identified) provide option to bulk delete all duplicates

I realize it's tricky to decide which copy should be deleted. Maybe either make a simple rule-based decision OR give all files that have a duplicate a tag (has-duplicate) and then the user could go through and make the individual choice based on some additional tag. My preference is usually just to keep it simple.
