Cards to review not automatically visible in Today view

Describe the bug
When I open Dayflow and navigate to the Today view, the cards to review are not automatically displayed. I first have to click on another menu option (e.g. Backlog or another tab) and then return to Today before the cards to review appear.

To Reproduce

1. Open Dayflow
2. Click on 'Today' in the menu
3. Observe that cards to review are not visible
4. Click on another menu option (e.g. Backlog)
5. Click back on 'Today'
6. Now the cards to review are visible

Expected behavior
The cards to review should be directly visible when opening the Today view, without having to first navigate to another page and back.

Additional context
This happens consistently when opening the app. It appears to be an issue with loading or rendering the review cards when the Today view is first displayed.
