Can't get to the last page of a file in certain circumstances

Hi @OGKevin, if I haven't said it already, thanks for this plugin! It's a feature sorely missing from KOReader.

I'm using v0.0.5 of the plugin. I recently got stuck on the second-to-last page of a .cbz file, and turning the page forward did not have any effect. With further research I found that this reproduces when:

1. There are an odd number of pages in the file
2. "Dual page mode" is enabled
3. "First page is cover" is disabled

I'm attaching an example file (rename to .cbz; Github won't allow CBZ uploads), though your own similar file should work. I get stuck with pages 9 & 10 displayed, and the bottom KOReader bar shows 10/11. I can never view page 11 using taps, swipes or keyboard control. I can, however, get to the last page using certain features like KOReader's "page browser" view.
