Game hang in VAB after adding RCS part

I tried adding one of the "inline RCS" parts to my craft when the game became unresponsive.

Now, whenever I try to load this craft save file, the same thing happens.

Mod list is mostly RP-1 express install, I added a few things like kOS but nothing major as far as I remember.
