I hope the parameters I used last time can be saved.
There is still hope to set the file format, png and jpg.
jpg can be set to quality. Because the size of the png file is too large, sometimes I don't want it to be so large, for example, I'm sending you a screenshot here.

This is actually two separate feature requests:

1. Persist parameters across sessions

Good news - this was already addressed in #40 and implemented via PR #43. The editor now has a "Set as Default" button in the Effects panel that saves your blur, noise, border radius, and shadow settings using @tauri-apps/plugin-store. The persistence logic lives in src/stores/editorStore.ts - specifically saveEffectSettingsAsDefaults() and the initialize() function that loads them on startup.

If you're not seeing this feature, you may be on an older version. Check for updates or build from main.

2. File format selection (PNG/JPG) with quality control

This is a new feature request. Currently, the export is hardcoded to PNG at full quality. Looking at src/components/ImageEditor.tsx, the handleSave function (around line 135) uses:

highQualityCanvas.toBlob(/* ... */, "image/png", 1.0)

To implement format selection with JPG quality, you'd need to:

1. Add export settings state to the editor (format: "png" | "jpeg", quality: 0.0-1.0)
2. Add UI controls in the export flow or settings panel
3. Modify handleSave and handleCopy to use the selected format/quality
4. Optionally persist these as defaults using the existing @tauri-apps/plugin-store pattern

Note that JPG doesn't support transparency, so if the user has a transparent background selected, the code should either warn them or fall back to PNG.
