and GL format and type token to string functions for easier to understand output. Rotted bit restorations coming along for the ride to fix CI: * switch macOS 13 builds to macOS 14 as Graphviz no longer supports macOS 13, * install NSIS 3.11 on all Windows runners precipitated by removal of NSIS from windows-2025 runners.
