  • Create release notes.
  • Workaround Travis dpl issues with own script to deploy release notes.
  • Explicitly specify job that deploys documentation.
  • Update Appveyor GitHub tag to latest format.
  • Tell mkrelnotes' curl to read GitHub authorization info from .netrc
