- Use ARCH instead of PLATFORM for cpu type in Windows builds.
- Fix an issue setting warning disables for basisu_comp.cpp.
- Fix an issue setting FEATURE_TESTS in iOS and Linux build scripts.
- Convert build_linux.sh to handle multi config builds.

Complete with icon and .desktop file. MAke similar changes for vkloadtests pending testing.

This contains WIP to install the load test apps on Linux including .desktop file and icon. The install commands are commented out as they are not yet complete. This is not an issue as there is no install in the previous revision.
