Windows terminal inserts "something" when moving the mouse after exiting the cli

Description

After I closed the CLI, every time I move my mouse, something like [555;27;21M[555;27;20M is being put at the cursor position inside the terminal.

This seems to only effect the window, where I've used the CLI.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open CLI
2. (what I did at least) auth with kilo gateway, add Z.AI provider
3. Close the CLI (STRG/Control+C)
4. Move mouse cursor

Just tried it, indeed this happens only when exiting with Ctrl+C, if you use /exit it works correctly.
