Add password for redis, dragonfly, valkie db #17
Description
Currently there is no auth for using redis instance. This is not advisable if the loadbalanced service is public. We can add template rules such as here https://github.com/azgabur/kuadrant-helm-install/blob/main/instances/templates/tools/keycloak/07-secret.yaml for the redis instances.
