Put cluster name and date directly into dns records names

Exposed DNS Records on available dns providers don't show the date they were created on. It makes it harder to know what dns records on providers are still in use, and what dns records just weren't cleaned-up properly. and can be safely deleted from the zone.

Add date and, possibly, cluster name to the hostnames of dns records from when they were created.
