LazyVim Update to 14.x - Windows 11 OS

Hello,
I am on Windows and I updated LazyVim and also updated the config in the README.
I have sqlite3 installed and added correctly to the PATH so that NeoVim can access it.

I get this when loading NeoVim

Hi, it looks like a issue related to the dependency sqlite.lua

Didn't work. I'm going to work on it some more to see if I can get anything going.
