"hashtags you follow" not sending an event for unfollowing hashtags through that page

Describe the bug

when you go on to "hashtags you follow" instead of it sending an event or something when you unfollow a hashtag through that menu it just stays on the "hashtags you follow" page until you go out of it and back into it

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'hashtags you follow'
2. Click on 'any hashtag'
3. click on unfollow and go back
4. See error 'hashtag is still there'
