Description
There should be a management dashboard that allows for monitoring all agents in calls. This should include:
- Filtering of monitored agents (based on campaign, attributes of the campaign, or attributes of the user)
- A way to pull up transcripts of calls from the management dash to allow for no-audio monitoring of agent activities
- Controls to allow for review flagging, either manually on a lead/call record, or automatically based on conditions (like phrases found in transcript)
