Migrate from Sidekiq to GoodJob

We might think about migrating to GoodJob and removing the Sidekiq (and therefore Redis?) dependency.

We might also look into Solid Queue which has been introduced in Rails 8 and which is also database backed. This could be an alternative to GoodJob. As a dashboard we could use Mission Control which is also provided by Rails.

We decided to no longer pursue this. We well keep Redis (dragonfly) a dependency because we will use it for TurboStreams, so there is no need to do the switch here.
