Combo Right Click (CUT, COPY, PASTE) Context Menu Not Showing v.4.40 or v4.50

Right click on combo v.4.30 will show (CUT,COPY,PASTE Context Menu) - Starting with v4.40 and the menu stopped showing the context menu CUT, COPY, PASTE.

Please checkout & run my test repo that shows this issue happening.
