Description
Downloading abi-dumper version 1.2 from source in ubuntu 20.04 image.
This resolves the problem regarding issue Mbed-TLS/mbedtls#5332
Additional comments
If ubuntu 20.04 uses abi-dumper version 1.1 during test, abi-check.py will give wrong result. It is because abi-dumper only starts supporting new elfutils (Fedora 30) from 1.2 version.
