Update documentation for revised cset-workflow GUI #1490

What problem does your feature request solve?
Following #1285 and merge of #1377, there is a need to update documentation to ensure consistency of GUI snapshots and headline discussion of user options/experience.
Describe the solution you'd like
Review existing documentation for cset-workflow user aspects and ensure all details up to date.
Describe alternatives you've considered
There are potentially some useful ppt presentations with annotated GUI displays which could be useful to incorporate into docs. Can test how feasible this might be.
