Unfortunately, I can barely read Polish, so I can't really review the linguistic part of the translation. But structure and completeness-wise, I think this is a big improvement. Thank you!

Proposed changes
This patch updates the Polish man page to reflect the current Options UI layout. It's modeled after commit 66fdc56a289f71325c50f51227961cc4de350355, that is, it moves some sections around and adds a couple of new sections. It also translates an untranslated sentence. Feel free to correct my Polish.
