Replace/Remove Encryption interface is unavailable

@martincz Everytime when I try to remove the separate encryption password through the Replace/Remove Encryption interface, it jumps back to the Setting home page.
What's more, when I remove my lockscreen password, I can enter the same interface successfully, BUT IT'S EMPTY!
As a result, I cannot even remove or modify my password. ONLY SUPPORTS ADD.
