Add support for MobileID Geofencing (enhancement)

Please add support for the MobileID Geofencing option.
Make this feature configurable. If enabled, the request shall contain the additional service to request #geofencing.

It might be sufficient to add this simple option. The geofencing policy and its enforment can be handled on the MobileID backend.
