Summary of ChangesHello @Musisoul, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed! This pull request focuses on improving the output quality of video generation by adjusting a key parameter within the Variational Autoencoder's parallel decoding mechanism. By increasing the padding size, the aim is to mitigate potential artifacts or improve the coherence of the decoded video segments, leading to a better visual experience. Highlights

Code Review
This pull request increases the VAE parallel padding size from 1 to 2 in the decode_dist_2d and decode_dist_2d_stream methods, aiming to enhance video quality. The change is straightforward. My feedback focuses on improving code maintainability by addressing the use of magic numbers. I've suggested replacing the hardcoded padding size with a named constant to improve readability and prevent potential inconsistencies. Additionally, I noted significant code duplication between decode_dist_2d and decode_dist_2d_stream, which is highlighted by the need to change the padding size in both places. Extracting common logic could improve maintainability.

The value 2 is a magic number. To improve readability and maintainability, consider defining it as a named constant at the class or module level (e.g., DIST_2D_DECODE_PADDING_SIZE = 2). This makes the code self-documenting and easier to manage, especially since this value is also used in decode_dist_2d_stream.
