bug: Error 400 content_filter when quoting code (normal code reference triggers high risk error)

I purchased the AI programming package. Whenever I quote code, I get the following error:

Additionally, this issue occurs in all extensions and within the CLI. I cannot reference code anywhere; only pure text conversation works.
