Buyers Guide: Add mini seal to homepage (p1 actionables)

Addresses the P1's from the tracking issue #2195

Based on design in #2079

• Add mini seal of approval SVG mini-badge.svg.zip to homepage products that meet minimum security standards
• To make it look less busy and crowded, add more gray border to all product images (i.e. make product image smaller within the gray box) - not sure the exact pixel size for this so might take some back and forth to nail it
