Buyers Guide Bug: extra space on homepage when filter bubble is open

Bug introduced in PR #2232

Currently on staging:

STR:

1. go to buyers guide homepage
2. click on filter
3. scroll page to the right

The black padding on the right should be remove/hidden.

Seems like this rule in source/sass/buyers-guide/bg-main.scss

html {
  overflow-x: hidden;
}

that was added as part of PR #2208 fixed this issue. ⚫️ 🐦🐦 ✅
