urlbar_popup_full_width.css: make it full window width on 140 again

On 128 I had it like this. How can I replicate it on 140?

Since urlbar is nowadays implemented using popover, this is probably impossible to fix with just css.

Or, you might be able to do it if you specify fixed lengths in a couple of places, but those lengths will depend on your exact toolbar layout, window width etc. so it's not really usable.
