build on mac need cmake compatibility option

I tested on my mac build NGT, it need more options to build

so I think I can send doc update PR, how about it?

build testing environment

• mac os 15.5 ( Sequoia )
• cmake version 4.0.2 ( latest version at 2025-05-29 )

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:2 (cmake_minimum_required):
  Compatibility with CMake < 3.5 has been removed from CMake.

  Update the VERSION argument <min> value.  Or, use the <min>...<max> syntax
  to tell CMake that the project requires at least <min> but has been updated
  to work with policies introduced by <max> or earlier.

  Or, add -DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5 to try configuring anyway.

build compatibility options

cmake .. -DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5

build works well and tested working.

This issue is almost the same as #181. I'm going to update CMakeLists.txt to fix this problem.
