Description
the pending GFDL-20250423 PR made substantial changes in MOM_sum_output.F90 which is also the file that dev/emc PR #146 being modified. During the testing of GFDL's PR in UFS it is found that non-trival code conflict surfaced. Per discussion with @sanAkel we decide to revert dev/emc back to
