These code changes are related to the mixed-mode FMS library: NOAA-GFDL/FMS#857.
In order to minimize possible disruptions to existing MOM6 applications, it was decided to make a new directory
config_src/infra/FMS2_MPto contain mixed-mode FMS-related changes.This PR will eventually replace the original PR #79, upon successful testing.
