Add Kd_work by process to facilitate add to list global metrics for vitals

For OM5, it's been suggested to monitor Kd_work, broken down by process, for both general diagnostics and to add to the list of global metrics used as vitals. @breichl @Hallberg-NOAA @raphaeldussin stated interest during dev mtg
