Jeffrey is prolly a better contact on this PR than me, but my $0.02 is to list the project, include the license name, and then the desc. Maybe "* blah-blah... (Apache-2.0) - Does-this-n-that."
I'd maybe swap "We can't take an opinon..." for "Inclusion on this page does not imply an endorsement by the maintainers or NVIDIA."

This is all markdown, should we consider making Tooling and Integrations sections tables?
