Non-crash errors don't report error.{kind,message} for Datadog error tracking

In order to have Error Tracking to work correctly, we need to report either error.kind or error.stack (see docs).

Today the library only reports error.stack for crashes (permalink).

Hm does this work for e.g. doing Logger.error("something bad happened")?

Btw the sentry logger handler is a great resource for this! They've done a great job mapping everything.

It doesn't. Can raise a PR for this if that's ok. Prefer over forking the repo.
