softprops/action-gh-release v3 runs on the Node 24 Actions runtime; if this workflow is ever executed on GHES or self-hosted runners that don’t support Node 24 yet, this step will fail at runtime. Consider confirming the target runner fleet/GitHub environment supports Node 24 before landing this major bump.
