Olivier Heckendorn

Engineer (INPG, ENSERG-ENSIMAG, systems architecture) and independent consultant based in France.

A life lived as an archipelago: engineer and artist. From building early government websites in the 90s, to luxury photography (Cartier, Chanel, Dior), to teaching AI today; 30 years translating technology for human audiences.

Current work

Building Token Brain — an open-source infrastructure for augmenting LLMs with persistent memory, document access, and real-world agency. The project includes MCP servers running on Cloudflare Workers, a personal knowledge vault, a semantic memory layer, and custom skills for consistent AI behavior across sessions.
