A03's "List of Mapped CWEs"Link Error

An error exists for "CWE-447 Use of Obsolete Function", the first item on the vulnerability list.

Based on this vulnerability title, CWE-477 is the correct number, not CWE-447.

I’ve updated the List of Mapped CWEs in A03 to fix the incorrect mapping.
The entry previously listed “Use of Obsolete Function” as CWE-447, which actually refers to Unimplemented or Unsupported Feature in UI.
This has now been corrected to CWE-477: Use of Obsolete Function, and the MITRE link has been updated accordingly. The change also aligns the list with the Background section, which already referenced CWE-477.
