[question]: Implementing Live Activities into MAUI App

How can we help?

Im trying to implement iOS Live Activities into our MAUI app. Im following the guide https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/cross-platform-live-activity-setup

But im stuck on the part on what to do with the .swift files, do I just place them in Platforms/iOS folder and hope for the best? Do I have to compile it and make a binding library?

If anyone has a more detailed guide or more information im all ears.

Hi, OneSignal wants you to create a native WidgetExtension in XCode, which is the correct way for ReactNative, Flutter, etc. and also works for MAUI, however you could do this in C# as well, but you would need to do it manually, like with the NotificationServiceExtension.

If you do it like OneSignal says you would reference the Extension in your MAUI App with a native Reference in your .csproj
