Disable 45° line snap [Question]

45° snap in the "Draw Lines" is sometimes bothersome: requiring me to either use the ruler, draw a line and move it, or compromise precision.
The picture below shows the two nearest lines to B I can draw from A.

@freshmre You can use the ruler widget (Applications -> Ruler) to draw the line. When the line tool is selected, you can drag along the ruler to draw a line on its side. The ruler can be rotated in fine increments. Afterwards, the ruler can be deleted.

I don't think generally disabling the snap is a good idea since it removes the ability to have those precise angles which I think the tool was designed for.
