Feature Description

Currently we use 3po and legacy helper to translate plain list PySyft Plans to tfjs commands.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

This change should speed up Plan execution and remove 3po dependency.

What alternatives have you considered?

Current alternative is to use Threepio to translate PySyft Plan on the execution time.

Additional Context

Completing this issue might fix #171 as well.
