This issue has to do with park objects and/or asset packs

Describe the issue

In 0.4.10, clearances of the Colosseum and volcano scenery pieces were tightened. Notably, the change to the Colosseum prevents the medium turn from being built around it. This affects the side-friction coaster Roman Racers, causing the Colosseum piece to be omitted in the ride preview and when building if clearance checks are on. Given that the scenery appears round, and looks like it ought to fit a turn around it, the clearance should be reverted to what it was in 0.4.9 and before.

Steps to reproduce

  1. In v0.4.10, load a park that has all Classical Roman theming objects, or otherwise has all scenery objects that the side-friction prebuild Roman Racers has.
  2. Open the "Build new ride/attraction" window and select the side-friction coaster.
  3. With clearance checks on, hover over Roman Racers and observe that the preview is missing the Colosseum scenery piece.
  4. Place the ride and observe that it is missing the Colosseum scenery piece.
  5. Do 3. and 4. again except with clearance checks off and observe that the scenery is not missing.
