Adds buildMenuPriority values to the base game & RCT1 dodgems/flying saucer vehicles.

Closes #310

How does that work? I'm not aware of what changes

@tupaschoal When you have the New Ride window open, and have multiple vehicles for a specific ride, the game has to select one of them by default. buildMenuPriority controls the order of preference. It is set to 0 for custom rides and to higher values for official ones.
